In 2001, Matt Gardner, a graphic designer, and Todd Messer, a mechanical engineer and software designer, began to explore the idea of creating a firm with a balance of expertise in both design and high-end online application development. The firm would span all areas of design and development, providing a single solution to web-needy clients. They enlisted the help of Jason Messer, a sales and marketing expert, to serve as front man to market their products and services. Media Spiders® was officallialy born in early 2002. The goal was, and remains, to be a one-stop-shop for web design and applications, as well as collateral print media. Since these three got together and began their endeavor, Media Spiders® has grown exponentially, with offices in several cities around the U.S. and now the U.K., as well. With more Media Spiders® in more places, we are where you are. Our staff is dedicated to serving our clients so that they may not only realize their own objectives, but surpass them.

trademarkJoseph Todd Messer, the owner, President and CEO of Media Spiders®, Inc., is also the owner of United States Federal Trademark Registration No. 2775666 for the mark MEDIA SPIDERS®. Mr. Messer and Media Spiders®, Inc. use this mark in the United States in conjunction with computer services including, but not limited to, website design services, software development services, and graphic art design services. The MEDIA SPIDERS® federal registration has been in full force and effect since the mark was registered and recorded by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on October 21, 2003. Mr. Messer commenced use of the mark in connection with said services at least as early as January 15, 2002. Such use includes, but is not limited to, filing Articles of Incorporation for Media Spiders®, Inc., constructing a webpage at www.mediaspiders.com, and conducting business under the Media Spiders® mark consistently since the mark’s inception in 2002.
Federal law provides numerous legal remedies for trademark infringement and dilution including, but not limited to, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, monetary damages, claim to a defendant’s profits, destruction or confiscation of infringing products and promotional materials and, where intentional infringement is shown, attorneys’ fees and potentially treble money damages.
evil doers If you are an evil-doer using our name or a confusingly similar name illegally, we insist you stop immediately. Our lawyers are hungry pitbulls and are looking for some arse to chew on. If you have the term MEDIA SPIDERS® or any term or terms similar to MEDIA SPIDERS® on your site or in your domain name, without our express permission, then you are liable. Take the following actions immediately: (i) disable the infringing website and cease and desist any and all use of the term(s) and/or domain name; (ii) transfer any and all rights of the infringing domain name to Joseph Todd Messer ; (iii) identify and agree to transfer to Joseph Todd Messer any domain name(s) registered by you that contain MEDIA SPIDERS® or are confusingly similar to the MEDIA SPIDERS® mark; and (iv) permanently refrain from any use of the term Media Spiders or any variation thereof that is likely to cause confusion or dilution. Take these actions immediately or suffer the repercussions.
