With the site’s front-end format already designed by our very control-oriented client (what else would you expect from a computer security school?), the job looked easy enough. That was until Media Spiders® reviewed the back end. Saddled with a huge back-end database and a preexisting scheduling system, the site’s related systems and data weren’t integrated effectively, and updating site information proved to be a time-consuming ordeal.

SU wanted its site to serve an online class-schedule catalogue and registration vehicle—one that prospective students could use to select and register for courses and one that SU could quickly update on its own in real time. Combining Spider technical wizardry with SU’s existing design, Media Spiders® transformed the site into an elegant single template site that could be easily edited with Dreamweaver. With all the preexisiting data functionality woven into the new design, SU was able to self-service the site with ease.
